License cannot be updated with LDAP + SSO


When the license of LUY has expired on an LDAP + SSO instance, the license page might not load (http://[HOST]/[LUYContext]/client/license_upload.html).


  • To fix the problem, the license must be updated directly in the database.
    Update the field "content" in the table "license" with the current LUY key.
    Afterwards, LUY is directly available again.  

  • If you enter the license key in administration in the system menu before it expires, this issue doesn't occur.
