Design
The design menu allows administrators to customize the LUY Nova appearance, including configuring metamodel themes, diagram color palettes, and suggested color schemes to align with the organization's identity.
The company logo, bookmark symbol, and primary/secondary colors from LUY Classic are not carried over to LUY Nova.
Meta model theme
Enhance your metamodel's visual representation by selecting from our preset themes under the “Data” section. These options are aligned with the “Theme Settings”, allowing you to standardize coloring for a cohesive and professional appearance.
By default, “Green breeze” is selected.

When updating from a previous LUY version with an manually adjusted color scheme, a fourth theme is available that uses the set colors from LUY Classic. Please note that these colors may appear sub-optimal if users switch new themes.
Diagram color palettes
Diagram color palettes can be configured for numeric attributes to assign specific colors in diagrams based on their values. This feature allows users to visually represent data ranges or thresholds effectively, offering clearer insights and improving the readability of complex diagrams.

Existing color schemes for diagrams in LUY Classic are transferred directly, one-to-one, as diagram color pallets in LUY Nova, and vice versa.
Add diagram color palette
To add a new diagram color palette, click on the “New color palette” button. A new row will appear, allowing to set colors for “Min”, “Max” and “Not assigned” using the pipette icon to open the color picker. Additionally, you can specify titles for the German and English name of the palette. The colors in between are automatically generated.
