Data residency and backups

LUY cloud is available on two EU-based hosting platforms: Microsoft Azure and Gridscale. Both options ensure GDPR-compliant data residency, providing top-tier data protection and privacy.

Backup schedule

• Daily backups: We perform regular backups every night to ensure data integrity and availability.

• Retention period: Backups are retained for 30 days as per our contractual agreement.

• Encrypted storage: All backup data is encrypted at rest using state-of-the-art encryption methods.
