September 2026
With the September 2026 release, we continue to improve the security and stability of LUY while adding several enhancements to Assignments.
Assignments now provide a better overview of ongoing work, clearer progress information, improved e-mail previews, and a smoother workflow when creating and continuing assignment drafts.
1. New features
1.1 Keep track of assignments directly from the dashboard
A new dashboard widget provides an overview of your open and overdue assignments as well as recently finished assignments. Clear status indicators and due-date information help you quickly identify which assignments require your attention.
1.2 Preview assignment invitation and reminder e-mails
Assignment creators can now preview invitation and reminder e-mails before publishing an assignment. The preview shows the final rendered e-mail, making it easier to verify the content and reminder setup before sending it to assignees.
1.3 Track your progress while completing an assignment
Assignees now see a progress bar while working through assignment questions. This provides a simple visual indication of how far they have progressed through the assignment.
2. Improvements

Assignment drafts now remember the last step you were working on. When returning to a draft, you can continue from where you left off instead of starting again at the beginning.

When an existing assignment contains a due date in the past, the Summary step now clearly indicates that the date needs to be updated before the assignment can be published.

This release includes several security and stability improvements to further strengthen the reliability of LUY. These changes do not require any action from users or administrators.
3. Bug fixes

Fixed an issue that could cause a noticeable delay when opening the dialog for adding a relation in LUY Nova.
